I am a contributing writer who has been submitting articles to Suite101.com since January – mostly to do with film and video reviews and sport.
Over the past two years I have been providing articles for the Queensland Maritime Museum’s in-house periodical, The Manifest. This was my first journalistic role after graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Communication (Journalism and Film & Media Studies) in 2006. My educational background also included tertiary study in animation and visual art and design through various TAFE colleges.
I have a passion for film – especially the horror and science fiction genre. and However, I am fascinated by the whole process that goes into the production, marketing and distribution of movies within all genres. When I rent a DVD I give the making of documentaries as much attention as I do the film itself!
